About TKS
1976, Qingdao Agricultural Machinery Rubber Parts Factory changed its name into Qingdao Seals Factory.
1980, Qingdao Seals Factory imported the advanced complete seals manufacturing technology, production equipment and testing facilities from Arai Co., Japan.
1987, Qingdao Seals Factory merged with Qingdao Malleable Iron Factory and formed Qingdao Sealing Industry Corporation. In the same year, the corporation was appraised as the only key enterprise in the sealing industry in China.
1995, Qingdao Keeper Sealing Industry Co., Ltd. was founded by the joint venture of Qingdao Sealing Industry Corporation, China and Keeper Co., Ltd. Japan.
1996, Qingdao Keeper Sealing Industry Co., Ltd. was awarded the titles of the Enterprise Technology Development Center of Shandong Province and Qingdao Municipality.
1998, our quality system passed ISO 9001:1994 approval by DNV.
1999, Qingdao Keeper Sealing Industry Co., Ltd. successfully entered into domestic appliance industry, and became the supplier of Haier Group with the quickest increment and the broadest business ranges.
2002, Qingdao Keeper Sealing Industry Co., Ltd. implemented ERP Management System successfully.
2003, Qingdao Keeper Sealing Industry Co., Ltd. was honored as the High-and New-technology Enterprise by Qingdao Municipal Government, and the Demonstration Enterprise of Information Technology Application by Shandong Province.
2003, Rubber Sealing Product Life-cycle Management （MF-PLM） won the first prize of the Science and Technology Progress in Machinery Industry of Shandong Province.
2004, Rotary Shaft Lip-type Seals were awarded as Qingdao Famous-brand Product.
2004, Qingdao Keeper Sealing Industry Co., Ltd. passed ISO/TS16949:2002 quality management system approval by DNV.
2006, Qingdao Keeper Sealing Industry Co., Ltd. was authorized as "China State Demonstration Unit for Foreign Intellectual Resources Introduction".
2006, The Chinese party purchased all shares from the Japanese party.
2007, Qingdao Keeper Sealing Industry Co., Ltd. introduced and implemented the Lean Production management system. Our company joined shares into companies such as Rubber & Plastic products Co., Ltd. Inner Mongolia First Machinery Group.
2007, Qingdao Keeper Sealing Industry Co., Ltd. changed its name into Qingdao TKS Sealing Industry Co., Ltd.
2008, Rotary Shaft Lip-type Seals were awarded as "Shandong Famous-brand Product”.
